Note All brochures unintentionally mislead, regardless of manufacturer. This is carelessness on the EPA testing group, not the manufacturer's doing. Careless word choices are used to define categories. Specifically, 'Heating Capacity', 'Max Burn Times', 'Output BTUs', Grams/hr Emissions', and 'Efficiency. This problem effectively insures choosing the wrong sized insert. Personalized assistance, without a hint of pressure to purchase, is my specialty.
